When will I receive the meal plans?

For meal plan subscriptions, after payment we will auto-register you and redirect you to the members site right away - you will have instant access to the content included in your membership, which is located inside our exclusive members site. 

Anytime afterwards, you can login to the members site at anytime you please. 

New meal plans are available in the members site on Thursdays at 7PM AEST.

As long as you maintain an active membership, you will be able to login to access the meal plans and member content.
