How am I billed for a meal plan subscription?

Monthly plans are billed on automatic subscription on the same day each month. When the bill is due, we will automatically charge the card we have on file.

You can cancel your membership anytime from within your account page. You can view the date your payment is due from your account page.

Annual plans are billed on automatic subscription on the same day once per year. When the bill is due, we will automatically charge the card we have on file.

We will send 3 reminders, one month, 14 days and 2 days before your membership fee for annual renewal is due. If you choose to, you can cancel your membership from within your account page. You can also view the date your payment is due from your account page.

NOTE: It is not our responsibility to manage your finances, so please be diligent about when your payments get debited, as we do not issue refunds - as is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions that you agree/d to when you sign up for any of our meal plan subscriptions.

NOTE: We cannot be responsible for notifications landing in your junk mail folder, so please check for the notice if you think your subscription is due to be billed.
