Is the T2Diet Program suitable for vegetarians?
The T2Diet Program is NOT designed for people who choose a vegetarian diet, however, the general guidelines and information throughout the program is suited to all people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes.
In addition, there are about 100 meat free recipes included in the program resources.
If you choose to join the program as a vegetarian, the weekly modules and videos may discuss meat, so you need to be aware of this. If this is going to bother you, then the program is not for you. Overall though, there will be helpful information that is suited to you as well.
